Gary Andres, writing in the Washington Times, provides a little history lesson for those groups seeking to reform lobbying and campaign finance rules.

I love this line:
Like the water balloon of American politics, squeezing First Amendment practices doesn't make them disappear; they just pop out somewhere else.
