I think the rule is: Weather can be used as evidence of climate when it supports the theory ofIndeed.global warminganthropogenic climate change. There's also a corollary: Whatever happens is evidenceglobal warminganthropogenic climate change. Another way of putting this is: You may only make statements of belief inglobal warminganthropogenic climate change.
