Barack Obama announces 19 million in fundraising for third quarter.
He has been massaging his expectations for a while. Of course, 3rd quarter fundraising is generally harder since most people are on vacations during the period and thus less inclined to give money.
Hillary Clinton has not released figures, but may not do so since their fundraising for the quarter was plagued by teh Norman Hsu matter.
