Honestly, I don't think this inconsistency is enough to sink Burris entirely, but it will get blown out of proportion.
Look, even if this Lobbyist #1 is a close associate of Gov. Blagojevich, I think that those looking to keep Burris out of the Senate are going to have to do a better job than this.
