This is great news from Allahpundit over at Hot Air. Also, a Minnesota law firm, Faegre & Benson, is offering to defend any passengers named later in teh Flying Imam's suit, pro bono.
The inclusion in the Imam's complaint of a request to add "John Doe" passengers to the suit at a later date is nothing more than witness intimidation and should be denied by the Court. But if the Court doesn't step up to the plate and put an end to this scharade, at least the brave witnesses who stepped forward to combat terrorism won't have to pay for substandard legal counsel or go without.
