A Bill Richardson campaign organizer in Nevada once worked for a brothel in Nevada and has an outstanding felony warrent in California.
Now, as most people know, brothels are legal in Nevada outside of Clark County (Las Vegas). So if they guy owned a brothel or ran a brothel, while it might look shady to people outside Nevada, it is an accepted business in Nevada and perfectly legal.
Now the outstanding felony warrant, that's bad.

You know, just because it is technically legal, that doesn't mean that prostitution is "accepted." It is a huge embarrassment for this state and we will never be taken seriously until we get rid of legal prostitution.
It is not o.k. to buy and sell people. That is something that almost everyone seems to get except a few loudmouths in Nevada.
Women are people. If you have ever seen the degrading situations at legal brothels you will know it is not right. And don't even get me started on the escort prostitution in Vegas.
Until this state stops this crap, we will continue to be the laughing stock of the country. We are a sad joke in the eyes of the rest of the country. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, Nevada is where the losers go because prostitution is legal there.
This is a beautiful state with a lot of potential. But this weird historical legacy from the 19th century is going to drag this state down to a cesspool of strippers, corrupt politicians and organized crime. We can do better than that.
