A lower division Italian soccer club has done something similar. In America at least, players are required to do some public appearances on behalf of sponsors. MLS limits it to no more than a couple per month and a max number of total appearnaces.
If one of your sponsors was an escort agency, you can bet that most players, especially the single ones would waive that contract requirement.
