Teacher/Astronaut Headed to Space==Finally

Very cool news.

My own view of the Challenger incident is fairly well burned into my memory. On the day of the accident, I was in Mrs. Osborne's U.S. History class in Middleburg Florida, when school funny man Billy Heuther came into class and said the Challenger had just exploded. We all thought, not funny Billy, but a few second later the principal came over the loudspeakers and announced what had happened.

On a clear day (meaning low humidity) you could see the exhaust trail of shuttle launches from our school.

I for one am glad that Morgan is going up, but I wonder how much teaching she will be able to do once she returns to Earth.
