I Already Thought He Was Running

Yawn! marmpsph.

Sorry, I fell asleep reading the "news" that Bill Richardson is finally running for President.

Look, here's a simple guide for determining if you are thinking about running for president (for all those "non-candidates out there); if you are raising money in amounts greater than $5,000 and you have appeared at a candidate debate--we already know you are running for President. Don't bother us with a simply change in legal status at the FEC--we don't care.

Also, of all the Democratic canddiates, Bill Richardson was the one I was most likely to vote for if I had to chose a Democrat, until I read this:
Breaking with some of his fellow candidates, including Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York, Mr. Richardson pledged to “leave no troop behind in Iraq. No airbases. No security patrols. No embedded soldiers training Iraqi forces.”

Mrs. Clinton has suggested that if elected, she would keep a limited American military force behind in Iraq to fight Al Qaeda and deter Iranian aggression.
Burying your head in the sand and pandering to the looney left is not going to help you with more moderate people who will, I don't know, actually help get you elected.
