So far, I have seen nothing but generally positive thoughts. Weather is a concern for February in places like Colorado, Toronto and New England (less so in the Northwest for Seattle and possibly Vancouver) but there really is not much of a way around that. By teh same token, the heat and humidity of June, July in Houston, DC, New York, Dallas, etc. is not much fun either. Everyone will have to compete in it so it is fair.
