Didn't Know This

The first black player to play for Glasgow Celtic, Gil Heron died at age 87 over the weekend. Heron played for Celtic in 1951-1952. He later moved to Detroit and fathered Gil Scott-Heron, a poet and muscian best known for The Revolution Will Not Be Televised.

The strange connections in the world never cease to amaze me.
