Chelsea's Scolari Wants Apology From Referee

And he should get it.

Robin Van Persie's first goal against Chelsea on Sunday was offside and it is obvious. The referee seems to believe that the ball was last touched by a Chelsea defender before rolling to Van Persie, but I don't see it on the replays.

As a referee I know that the referee and assistant referees have to make split second decisions on tough calls and I respect and understand that. But this one was wrong and I think they know it. You can't go back and rewrite history, but you can apologize for it.

Big Phil has been very respectful of referees this season (and given Chelsea's winning ways, he can afford to), but for the first time he has spoken out against a bad call and he chose the right time to do it.
