Ed Johnson, as he calls him: says that McNally has sorted out a fee with MLS and that the player is keen to come here. Have to wait for the appeals board in terms of getting a work permit, which will be next Wednesday. So apparently a work permit is the only thing standing in the way of Johnson's transfer to Fulham. The work permit rules are based upon eligibility for the player's national team and Johnson has 11 cpas with the U.S. squad and has made regular appearences in both friendlies and the Gold Cup.
